Greetings Men Of Action . . . Here's the spot to find the latest MOA news.
Don has challenged us to set aside 5 minutes at each of our meetings for someone to do a devotional thought, reading etc. It doesn't require deep theology or research but rather sharing a brief thought on a scripture passage or a portion of a book or something that blesses you.
Merriam-Webster tells us that a devotional is . . .
"A short worship service."

This week's meeting is at 6:15 AM Saturday at Crossroads . . . I believe we are still looking at stuff from chapter 10 of "Man in the Mirror". Art is on vacation, so bring your own grub gang.

Art, we will have to save the smoking jackets for Promise Keepers. Speaking of Promise Keepers . . . it is August 17 & 18 this year, and it is here in Cincinnati. We should really try to take advantage of it this year. I would also suggest that you might want to mention it to any guys you met during the Kingdom Experiment.
There will be a quasi-traditional (that means we actually sit down, read, and discuss it ) Bible study community group on Wednesday Nights from 7-9 PM at Crossroads. The first session is April 11.
Up the street to Crossroads that is. That is right gentlemen, no more cramming into a booth at IHOP. Starting this weekend, we will be meeting at Crossroads at 6:15 AM on Saturday morning. Bring your Kingdom Experiment tales, bring your hopes and dreams of things to come . . . bring your copy of Man in the Mirror and be ready to discuss Chapter 10.
Don't forget, we will be meeting at Crossroads on the 31st to go serve at City Gospel Mission.

We had mentioned trying to get together to serve as a group at the soup kitchen on Saturday, March 31. If you are still up for this, please send me an email.

If any of you gents are interested in taking more of a leadership role for the Kingdom Journey, but location is a problem . . . there is an answer.
Justin Wolfenberg from the Crossroads Kingdom team has informed me that they are expecting big numbers for the Wednesday onsite groups. So if you are interested in being an onsite host, let Justin know.
The first meeting is on Wednesday February 21st at 7 pm. Are you available for dinner on Wednesday the 21st at 5:15 pm for a planning dinner? If you have been to training we should be able to get everything covered in an hour. Let Justin know if you are available.
